评审委员会意见:
此智能检测系统运用了机器视觉技术,可应用于检测手机产品的盖板玻璃和触控面板、以及其他玻璃面板产品。系统其中两项技术:仿人眼照明技术及快速缺陷密度估计技术已获取专利。
该系统能有效地减低部件表面质量控制和成品外观检测的工作量和成本。相比在市场上的其他类型机器,这个系统能检测更多在玻璃表面上各类型瑕疵,如划痕、压碎、崩边、原材料及掉漆等。
General Comments on the product:
This system is a machine vision-based inspection system for cover glass and touch panel glass in mobile phone industry and other glass panel product industries. Two of the technologies (Human eye bionic illumination technology and Fast defect density estimation technology) used in the systems were patented by the company.
This system can reduce the workload and the cost for component surface quality control and end product appearance inspection. Compared to other similar machines in the market, this system is shown to be able to detect more types of defects such as scratch, crush defects, edge crash, raw material defects, ink defects, etc on glass surface.
